Terms & Conditions

1. Deposits & Reservations

  • Deposit amounts and applicable conditions will be clearly communicated before confirming the reservation.

  • The deposit will be deducted from the total service value upon attendance.

  • The cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival, and no-show policies applicable at the time of booking will apply.

2. Services

  • Services are provided according to the description and details displayed at the time of booking.

  • Any additional service requested by the customer will be charged separately after its price is clarified and approved.

  • Customers are kindly requested to contact the salon as soon as possible regarding any concern or observation about the service.

  • A difference in personal preference after the service has been completed does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

  • Once the customer leaves the salon, the salon is not responsible for any damage or change to the service resulting from misuse, improper care, or external factors.

3. Subscriptions & Packages

  • Subscriptions and packages are personal to the registered customer and may not be shared or transferred unless expressly permitted by the package terms.

  • The number of visits, included services, and validity period are determined according to the package purchased.

  • Package visits or services cannot be exchanged for cash or other services unless otherwise stated in the package terms.

  • Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

  • The salon’s applicable cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies apply to all package appointments.

  • Packages cannot be frozen or extended unless specifically stated in the package terms or approved by management.

  • Unused visits cannot be refunded after the package validity period has ended.

4. Package-Specific Terms

  • Packages are valid for 3 months from the date of the first visit, unless otherwise stated.

  • Packages cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless expressly stated.

  • Any service requested outside the package will be charged separately.

  • The purchase of a package constitutes acceptance of its applicable terms and conditions.

5. Products – Exchange & Returns

  • Products sold by the salon may include hair-care products, nail products, nail polish, tools, and other beauty supplies.

  • Products may only be returned or exchanged where permitted under applicable laws and regulations, including cases of damage, defect, or non-conformity.

  • Any damaged or defective product must be reported within the applicable period, together with reasonable proof of the issue where required.

  • Opened or used products may not be eligible for return or exchange where their nature or applicable safety requirements prevent resale.

  • An invoice or valid proof of purchase may be required to process a return or exchange request.

6. Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated.

  • Gift cards may only be used at RAYAN Beauty Salon.

  • Gift cards are valid for one-time use only.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused balance is not refundable in cash.

  • If the service value exceeds the gift card value, the customer must pay the difference.

  • Gift cards cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.

  • Lost or damaged gift cards will not be replaced.

  • Gift cards cannot be extended after their expiry date.

  • Advance booking is required to use a gift card.

7. Complaints & Customer Feedback

  • We are committed to handling customer feedback and complaints fairly and transparently.

  • Customers are encouraged to contact salon management as soon as possible to report any concern.

  • Reservation details, invoices, or other relevant information may be requested to assist with reviewing the matter.

  • Each case will be reviewed individually and handled in accordance with the applicable policies and regulations.

8. General Terms

  • Prices, services, packages, subscriptions, promotions, and their conditions are subject to the information displayed or communicated at the time of purchase or booking.

  • Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or waive any rights granted to customers under applicable laws and regulations.

  • RAYAN Beauty Salon reserves the right to update these terms and conditions when necessary to reflect changes in its services, policies, or applicable regulations.
